CUTTING AND QUARTERING LINES

We design and manufacture complete cutting, quartering and deboning lines for pork, beef and sheep, adapted to the specific needs of each client, taking into account the type of cut desired, production level and classification of the final product.

The line can equip various types of primary and secondary quartering and classification of cuts as well as adapt to different levels of automation; from artisan production lines, to automated lines through individual work stations for cutting and deboning, product conveyors, full or empty boxes, bones and/or fats.
